The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is conducted every year by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

  • Interested candidates will apply for the exam from 5 August to 26 August 2020.

Recruitment and training services are provided by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to a common standard for public sector banks (PSB).

The institute conducts a number of bank exams, out of which IBPS PO is the most common exam.

On August 4, 2020, the IBPS PO Notification 2020 released to recruit over 1,400 candidates to the position of Probationary Officer at 11 Public Sector Banks.

IBPS PO Apply Online

The IBPS PO application process is now entirely online.

Candidates will use the official website to register for the test.

Aspirants have to pay the following fees to complete their online application for an IBPS PO exam:

IBPS PO Exam Pattern

No amendment has been made to the IBPS PO recruitment review pattern for 2020.

The IBPS PO test pattern is composed of three phases:

Preliminary IBPS PO Exam:

Also known as the CWE PO / MT Prelims it consists of a three-part online objective examination.

  1. There are 100 total marks to this article.
  2. With any wrong answer there is negative labeling.
  3. The penalty for each wrong answer is 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question.
  4. Based on the prelims result, candidates who clear the specified cutoff are invited to appear at the next level , the Main exam.

The exam pattern for the IBPS PO Mains consists of an objective form and a descriptive text.

The test is conducted online for a total length of 3 hours and 30 minutes.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern for Mains- Salient Points:

  • Candidates must score above the bank PO cutoff set by the university, as well as the sectional cutoffs, to be able to pass on to the next stage of the exam.

IBPS PO Admit Card

The IBPS PO admitting cards will be made available for the preliminary test by October 2020 and will be valid for the mains by November 2020.
Candidates can download their admit card from their official IBPS website.
IBPS PO Admit Card for Prelims Exam shall be given to applicants who have successfully completed their IBPS PO Application Process.
IBPS PO Mains Admit Card shall be given to candidates who have passed the IBPS PO Exam.ie first level.
